Katie Corio for LIVEFIT.

Katie Corio is a local San Diego native, so the beach scene is nothing new to her. We were able to spend a few hours with Katie after our workout shoot at Elev8 Performance. She was high spirited the whole time, even when we were fighting against the wind and her hair was flying left and right. Even when a group of people kept sneaking pictures of her in the background of our shoot. Here at Live Fit we are always so baffled when we hear statements such as "women that lift weights are muscular". Well here's Katie Corio, she lifts weight and well we love her muscles.
